sending smtp email from asp form

I'm moving a web site from NT4 to Windows 2003 server. The site works fine but we use asp to send a "request for info" email. When you submit the form on the new site you get a "page cannot be displayed" when it goes to load the asp file that sends the mail. Not sure if this is something missing on the new server, permission, or what. I've allowed asp and asp.net on the new server, as wel as script execution. Any ideas? I can paste the code here if needed.

WinNT had CDONTS for email.

Win2003 has only CDOSYS.

Do a search on this site or google and you can find a pretty good explanation how to convert your CDONTS code to use CDOSYS instead.
