Hi
I send reports by email using outlook, everything works fine BUT
When I send the report, the outlook email window opens, but, my default signature is not there
At the moment I have my name coded as part of the message:
DoCmd.SendObject acSendReport, "MyReport", acFormatXLS, "name@domain.com", , , "Your Report " & Date, "Please find attached the report you requested blab la bla. " & vbCrLf & vbCrLf & "Best Wishes" & vbCrLf & vbCrLf & "MY Name (This is where I want the default outlook signature)", False
I would like to know if there is some line of code I can add to pick up the default outlook signature?
Other people may wish to send the reports therefore I don’t really want my name in the code.
If the outlook signature can’t be picked up would it be possible to just have the users name to be picked up?
Thank you
