Hi all,
Whenever I send a report by e-mail, any images or lines/boxes that have been added do not appear.

The only items that appear are the bound and unbound fields of the report, and text boxes.

Is there something I can change in the properties to make sure that images remain on an e-mailed report?

Many thanks

You may consider to send a snapshot and a link to the snp viewer.

Hope This Helps, PH.

Hi volt,

I'm not sure how Access passes report info. to an email. I'm sure that I read somewhere that this cannot be done directly.
If it can, I'm sure that you won't be able to do this if your email is set to HTML.

Have you looked at 'Snapshot Viewer'?

This really is an excellent way to distribute reports etc. and the viewer is free from Microsoft (for those without MS Access).

Darrylle

Sorry
Why ? There is no proprietary thread !

There's a freeware *.pdf writer called DOROpdf writer. You can print the file to a *.pdf and then eMail the *.pdf file.
