sending POP3 from Domino very slow

I have installed Lotus Domino 4.6b03 in AS/400 (40s, CPU2111, 128 RAM), to which 60 users are conected (Lotus Notes and Netscape4.5). In Domino Server, SMTP/MTA and POP3 is configurated. I have a problem where sending mail from a POP3 client (Netscape) es extremely slow. I can receive mail just fine, but when I send, it now takes about 1 minutes. <br>

Any feedback would be appreciated. <br>
