Sending out invoices via email...

I have created an Invoice printing utility within Crystal Reports and the users run it out of Crystal Enterprise. Right now it is very manual in that a user runs the invoice printing utility and what it does is print out, invoice by invoice, of all open invoices in our Accounts Receivable invoice tables. Then the user prints out the invoices and they put them in envelopes and send them to the customer.
Now they are inquiring about automating this process by running the same report and what it will do is send the invoices to each customer via email. This is fairly simple to do if we are doing one customer at a time but to have the proper invoice email to the proper customer in one shot would be difficult. I think I have read that APOS has a product that could help us do this and I would be willing to look into that. But, I was also wondering if anyone out there has developed such an application from Crystal Enterprise? I know I could use SQLMail to generate emails to customers based on open invoices but the hard part is attaching the reports and getting them sent to the right place. Any help?

You need to burst your report in order to do this.

You can pickup a bursting manager compatible with CE from APOS. Other solutions such as IdoMillet's VisualCUT (

also offer bursting functionality, I believe.
