sending out emails in html form

Folks,

I have a html form that sends out an email to a distribution list. It is currently using the clients' email to accomplish this. The problem is that it sending out in text only. I wanted to have this form mailed out in html format (with tables and pretty colours and all that lovely stuff you can generate in html). Does anyone know the proper tags to include on the form that will allow me to accomplish this?
