Sending out a Broadcast Voice Message

Hi,
I am looking for anyone who has sent Broadcast messages on the Nortel Call Pilot. Are there any issues or concerns using this feature? I have heard in the past that it is not recommend as it can lock up the system. Also do I have to set up my mailbox classes to accept these Broadcasts?
