Sending on behalf of problem

Probably simple issue. Have a client who has send-on-behalf-of settings in the Exchange 5.5 server. When she sends a message, it shows the message as coming from her rather than from her boss. How do I fix this? Thanks.

Are they using the FROM box and putting the name of the mailbox owner in it before they send?
