We have recently had a new circuit installed. I have connected it to the PRI card that our suppliers installed and this in on DCH 34.
What I am not sure of is how I route calls when anyone dials one particular number all these calls down this circuit.

Would very much apprichate some help!

Thanks.

you have PRI, it should be a member of a Route, if it was added to an existing route and you do not want it that way, you will have to create a route. go to ld 21 and do ltm @ req prompt, enter thru, you will see which route this pri is a member of, when you create a an RLI in ld 86 you enter the route info, then you can route numbers against that RLI, this is the basic info, come back for more.....

ROUT 126
DES QSIG
TN 034 01 MBER 1

make it an spn in ld 90, prt you NPA or SPNs, see what they look like so you can refence, then make whatever an spn, or if it already exist, chg rli to 126.

sorry, lol - Create RLI 126 (or whatever)first in 86 with entry 0 126 THEN reference rli 126 in ld 90 for said numbers.
