Hello,

The user can receive an email notification for a task he has been assigned for.

I am trying to resend automatically a notification to the same user if he didn't take care of the task after a certain number of days. This way if and only if the user forgot to deal with his task, he will receive a reminder.

I tryed to play around with milestones, but without success. Also, I don't really know how to test dates for a specific task.

Does anybody has any idea?

Thanks
Nicolas

These areticles at the opentext knowledge base should be helpful. But mind you when you are using milestone steps
an initial date is always needed.

Several out of the box solutions are also available.Event scripts that can be made to do anything.
You can look at the tables starting with w and find the task
of the user filter by userid do yr stuff either in RDBMS style or use an external program.

Anyway a lot of your question were probably answered at OT a long time back. Please ask your knowledge manger for an accont there.
