I'm new to VBA but I'm trying to send a newsletter to 4 categories of customers the names (title,fname, lname, e-mail) are stored in a access 2k db and sorted by queries into the 4 categories the bodies of the 4 categories are stored as 4 word docs. Now I'm trying to send mails to each category by the press of a button i.e. If I press "cat 1" all category 1 mails with doc1 bodies are sent.
My problem
1. How do I go about sending mails via Acess 2k/Word 2k ?
2. How do I define the categories or do I set up the code 4 times?
