sending names over MD

I have a site which wants to send and recieve names over DPNSS.

The CISCO IP phones want to be able to recieve on there handset "Jimmy mack" as well as 3800 (extension)

and the MD phones to do the same.

I dont think this is possible, but Cisco have asked wether the MD can send the Facility IE in the setup message, which is supposed to fix this.

any ideas ?

"If an IP phone calls an Ericsson phone then the name is displayed once the call has been picked up. If an Ericsson phone calls an IP phone then the name is displayed once the IP phone picks the call up.

This was achived by using an MGCP gateway coming off the q-sig link on the ericsson
