I have a user who we recently upgraded to Office 2003. He's unhappy with some of the new "features."
In Outlook 2000, he said he could open a distribution list and choose one person from a distribution list and send the message to that one person. He doesn not have the individuals as contacts and doesn't want to break his distribution lists out to individual contacts (these contacts are not part of the Global Address book).
In Outlook 2003 the only way we found was to have him put in the whole list, hit the + to expand it, then delete all he doesn't want. He's not happy with that suggestion.
Is there another way to do this keeping inside his restrictions above?
Thanks in advance for reading and responding.
