Sending mail to a group of receivers

I want to send an e-mail message to a group of People say Ugandans with netscape addresses; How can I do that ?
I ask this because I have received mails from Peple I even don't nkow and I wonder how they get my netscape e-mail address, So I suspect there is a way one can trap addresses using a specific creteria e.g Country.

Your E-mail address can be logged in many ways. It can even be found here in a thread you made Jan 31, 2002 ! If you receive much unwanted mail, you should consider getting a new address. - You cannot send a mail to all Ugandas with E-mail addresses unless they have been included in a group.
A company may have internal addresses like tech-staff@company.com or total-staff@company.com. If you know the group name, then you can send a mail to all the members of the group. Maybe the system responsible at your institution uses a similar model to send messages to the group. In your E-mail program, you can probably also define groups, but all-Uganda@hotmail.com , no.

How about send a separate email to each address, in a table (Access,Paradox,Excel, whatever)? We have internal addresses, for each of our schools. I want to email (or FTP, or HTTP) the individual results of a query which are specific to each school.
I have the code to make each query, and the table with their address. But how do I get code to email them?
