sending mail issues

I would appreciate any help.

Here is what is coing back from my server as a bounce back. Why does the reporting and received MTA different? Once is the domain and the other is computer name?

Also what does the failure error code mean?

Reporting-MTA: dns;abc.com
Received-From-MTA: dns;compName
Arrival-Date: Fri, 12 Aug 2005 14:12:59 -0400

Final-Recipient: rfc822;joe@email.com
