Sending Mail in Approach

I'd like to be able to mail a snapshot of an Approach view (reports or forms etc) whilst in Approach, but when I click on TeamMail, the option to send a snapshot of the current view is greyed out.

Also, if I ask Approach to send the Approach file with the current view only, it still ends up sending the entire database, even though I have not ticked this option.

Can someone please tell me what I should do next? Thanks.
