Sending mail from access to an email specified in a table

There are many codes available for sending messages from Access 2000. I have design an application where an automated email is sent to a particular person after selecting the email address from the text box in the form or from the employee table.
Can someone please help me.

Use DoCmd.SendObject
You may need to standardize your employee table with your e-mail contact list. We use Outlook, and use the same naming convention in Outlook as we do in our Oracle back end. It works well.
