I have created a form in Access 2000 that sends e-mail and attachments to Lotus Notes. This all seems to work fine, but I either have to have Lotus Notes open, or the application will ask me for the password.

Is there any way how I can put the notes password into some vba code, so that the whole process would run from the click of a button.

If you are confused with the question please say, and I will try to explain it better.

Cheers!

This situation can also happen with Outlook. It is not something that should be managed with code. I had it and corrected it in the tools/options menu somehow but it's been too long ago to remember how. It is a configuration problem with Lotus. While I know Outlook I can't make recommendations for Lotus.
