Sending lst files of UNIX directly to any mail browser

I want to send the lst files in the UNIX directly to a mail box such as hotmail or lotus notes.
Is is possible?
Plzzz. help me out.

Assuming your Unix box has mail configured properly, you can just pipe the output of any command into mail. To mail someone a directory listing for example, you would do

ls -l | mail someone@hotmail.com
