we do mass mailings to less than 3000 email addresses at a time. these emails include a link to a website. whenever an aol account gets the e-mail the link does not work (it's just text).

i've tried formatting it the URL different ways and underlining the link also... but nuttin' works. i'm pretty sure it's an aol thing, but their tech support is scanty at best, couldn't find anything on ms technet either.

plz help - shebmeister

It has been my experience that AOL does not support clickable links in their email. jazzee

if <A HREF=&quot;mailto:whatever@whatever.com&quot;> doesn't work, try just &quot;mailto:whoever@whoever.com&quot; (without the quotes. ~Javrix

A broken clock is correct twice per day.

A roomful of monkeys on typwriters will eventually write the great american novel.

If you gave an infinate number of rednecks, an infinate number of shotguns to shoot at an infinate number of street signs, they'd eventually recreate all of Shakespears works in braile.
