Hello, Someone can help me about Images downloading/uploading for phones?

I want to develop a page that proposes sending images as MMS or SMS to insert as wallpaper for telephones.

someone can give a clue or steps to follow.

You might want to try a different forum such as one that deals with cell phones. I don't know if you get much help here. One such forum is howardforums.com
