Hello,
I had previously been sending HTML-formatted emails using Microsoft Word 2000 by opening up an HTML page in Word and using the "send" option. Relatively no problems with this setup.
However, we have now upgraded to Microsoft Word XP. When I try to do the same things, it sends the message, but it includes the images I've pointed to as attachments. There really are no images in the HTML; rather they point to images that are already located on the Web and should just display in the HTML message.
I know that we should be using a better solution such as Frontpage, but I was wondering why my method stopped working! Any suggestions? Thanks!
