I have a client that would like to send out group emails to everyone in a particular table in her access database. Is there a way to export the email addresses from access to the To: field of outlook?
I don't have the specifics but you should be able to find literally dozens of chunks of code to do this around the 'web. Do a GOOGLE search on ACCESS EMAIL and OUTLOOK and see what you come up with.
But it CAN be done. So that answers your question. Jim Hare

HAVE YOU TRIED COMBINING THE POWER OF MS OUTLOOK BY EMAILING TO SPECIFIC GROUPS/ADDRESSES FROM A SINGLE EMAIL ADDRESS, WHICH WOULD BE PLACED THE ACCESS "TO:" THAT IS, ONE ADDRESS FOR ALL IN OUTLOOK WILL SEND A MESSAGE TO ALL ADDRESSES IN THE ADDRESS LIST. AND THAT ONE ADDRESS COULD BE PLACED IN ACCESS.
