Sending file in Publisher errors out

Publisher 2002 sending in File | Send to | mail recipient errors out now that Outlook 2003 was installed. This WS joined an SBS Domain smoothly and upgraded to Outlook 2003 in the process. All was well untill I tried to send a publisher file as an email from within publisher.

Error is a MSPub error - cannot mail your publication because part of the mail system is missing.

Anyone seen this before?

I would try uninstalling and reinstalling publisher, since this change. It will probably be the quickest way to reestablish the integration between the two.
