I have a fax that is currently down. I need to send all calls from it, 7098, to 7135. How? Both are analog fax, 500 sets.

Put a feature CFW 4 on the analoque set and then set the Call Forward with the remote call forward feature to the Fax machine witch is working.

Good Luck.

CLS=FNA
FTR= FDN (good fax)
RCO = (lowest number defined in cdb)

This is a simple fix, fax #1 does not answer, calls forward when fax #1 does not answer. After fax #1 is replaced, no changes needed.

Problem is what happens if the one fax is busy? Is there a way to send the fax to the working one?

Why can't I put CFW 4 7135? I have tried (and the NTPs say it can be done). But it won't let me enter a space after the 4.

You cannot add the ext after the cfw 4, you wuld have to enter a spre code , like # 1xxxx

You can out the port for the fax that is not working, then create and ACD queue using the fax number and nite call forworded it to the working fax. Just remember the port that 7098 is on so that you can set it back up when the fax is back up.
