Sending emails out of the country, not working...

We are trying to send email out of the country, and
keep getting error message:

SMTPMAIL could not deliver the e-mail below in a timely fashion
Please check the recipients e-mail address before you try again:

The email address is correct.

Any suggestions?

DNS entries will take at least 48 hours to propagate across the Atlantic Ocean.

While the domains you intend to send to are in existence, the backbone routing to these domains may not be updated at the time your mails were sent. Give it some time, assuming their servers are up.
