I have a problem that Iam sure can be done, I just need to know how.

A colleague in Reception logs into her Lotus Notes Client as RECEPTION. She has access to her own mail file and CUSTOMER SERVICES' mail file. Once in Lotus Notes she can open CUSTOMER SERVICES' mail file, but when she replies, send, or forwards an email from CUSTOMER SERVICES it comes up as CUSTOMER SERVICES sent by RECEPTION, becuase she is logged into Notes as RECEPTION.

How can I set up her Notes so that when she opens another mail file, in this case CUSTOMER SERVICES, the sent by RECEPTION will not appear on any outgoing mails?

Look in help for "Using Different Locations". The basic idea is that you set up a location document in the user's personal address book for each ID file, then the user can switch back and forth between the IDs as necessary.
