I am trying to send out emails to a list of people with some information about them. So each person gets a separate with different information each. Now the names and email ID and the information to be sent is the result of a query that I already have. I am not sure how to extract that information from the same query and also their email addresses and how to send them emails automatically, so that when u click a button on a form, the Access wud automatically send out emails to them.
I want this automated bcoz, this has to be done every 2 weeks and also there are at least 1000 persons everytime I want to send them emails. So plz if anyone can help me out in this, I wud really appreciate that.
