I have a problem with sending email.

Excahnge is setup to receive from ourcompany.co.uk but also needs to handle email from me.company@btconnect.com. We have setup the default user profile with ourcompany.co.uk and each of the user accounts with user.company@btconnect.com. This is the email address that the users send from simply because BT will not allow them to relay from a third party domain email address. The problem is that if they send to someone with a @btconnect.com email address that is not in the company the server fails to send. Any ideas how to get around this?

On the messages tab of the SMTP virtual server, you can configure where to send email for unresolved addresses.

This isn't the best solution (since it can lead to mail loops), but since your server isn't authoritative for btconnect.com, you don't have many choices.
