sending email using remote SMTP

I am trying to send an email from my Sco Unix Box using a remote SMTP Server ..
But I failed to send ,, any help ?

sendmail service is not enabled on my server ..
aslo I don't need it enable..
I just wanna send email remotly using another remote sendmail server ...

in the installation , I selected MMDF ...
