Sending Email to GM User verrrrrrrrry slow

Hi,
5 employees in our company are testing Goldmine and using it as their main email client pulling emails from our exchange server. Each one of the users are obviously set as Goldmine Users in the system.

When I try to send Goldmine Email as opposed to Internet email the message seems to take at least a day to arrive to its designated recipient, when I sent it to them as Internet mail by typing there full email address they get it as quick as they usually would.

Has anyone experienced this or know why this would be like this.
Any help is appriciated.

Hi, I don't know whether this is in any way useful but one gotcha that caught me out with Goldmine is the way that Antivirus programs interact with a typical Goldmine setup. My problem was related to opening documents but if you're still having the problem then make sure your AV program is not interfering in any way. Let me know if you want more detail.
