In some industries most or many contact have multiple email addresses. For example insurace and real estate where one is sending information or marketing to couples, partners, family members ect. It would be awfully cumbersome to create a seperate contact for example husband and wife.

Is there a solution to this problem, it is practically usesless to do email marketing and mail merge when without this feature.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Having a single contact with multiple email addresses is different to emailing multiple contacts (like husband and wife), and there are many different ways to handle.

Which are you looking for?

Thank you for responding. I would like to include multiple email addresses for one contact when doing a mail merge.

I don't think there is a way to do this with ACT!. We created a product called MergeMaster! that does this with ACT! 6 (amongst other features), and are looking at upgrading it to V9.0

How much is this product and when will it be ready. I am looking in to using an ACT! add on email marketing software. Any suggestions on one that is easy to set up and use.

Amazes me that this feature is not available with ACT! given that they have a real estate and insurance version.

I don't have a final idea of the cost of MergeMaster! for ACT! 9.0. Info on the version for ACT! 6.0 is here -
I think the reason that it's not there is the idea that if you wish to contact someone directly, they should be a seperate contact and if you have a spouse record as a secondary contact you don't usually want to send the same information to both as it get percieved as spam.
