Sending Email through a server

Hail,

Just wondering if it would be possible to build an application for a user to send an email through my interface even though he has no email installed.
What I mean is, I have users i don't want to have access to internet or emails but want to make an app with a button that sends an email that would pass through a server we have that does have email.
Can it be done?
