How do I send an email on behalf of someone else. example secretary wants to send a email for the boss? We are running Microsoft Small business server 2003 and Microsoft office Outlook 2003.
Thanks in advance

If the Exchange Admin has given here the permissions then all she has to do is alter the "From" field and pull the bosses name from the GAL and insert it into the "From" field. You can add the "From" field by clicking on the "Options" menu.

If anyone calls and says "I know a little something about computers" just tell them to reformat it.

I'm not sure if small business supports the function. But, what your looking for is called a delegate. If you open outlook and go to tools, options you should see the tab for it. You can set permission for another user to read and manage your email. This includes sending emails on your behalf. As mentioned you can show the from field also by opening an email and going to view and select from field. But, I think you have to have delegate permission to send an email as another user.
