Sending email from vb using a custom outlook form

Hi Guys,
I am in a bit of a bind. I need to send an e-mail message using outlook from VB. Easy you say? Well heres the problem, I need to send this e-mail using a form which I have designed using the standard mail form as a template.
It doesn't even have to be an automated send, it can open up the e-mail form for the user to edit or send immediately.
If anyone has even the slightest idea of a way to do this I would be very appreciative.
