Hi,
I was designing a "good looking" message using Outlook and sent it to a friend of mine(his mail client is outlook express). Unfortunately my friend can't see it properly (like on my design).
Anyone know how to solve this problem? (i have tried to send it with rich text and html, but no clue).
Thanks in advance.

Thanks franklin, but how do i check (in OE/Outlook) to make sure they have the ability to read RTF or HTML?

OE will read HTML mail. What are you putting into your mail that doesn't come out right (e.g. graphics, JPGs, text highlighting)? And how did you originally format it? The more you can write descrbing it will help.

Thanks rexx,
I put some underline, bold and italic to the body of mail in Outlook, after i sent to OE, the bold, italic and things does not come out. also OE will automatically cut the text every 80 characters (like pressing enter after 80 characters).
Hopefully will make it more clear.

Your friend probably has the Read all messages in plain text checked.

[cheers] & all the best.

nope, the Read all messages in plain text are not checked.

I think the issue is on the compatiblity of outlook and outlook express.
I tested on other PC with outlook and sent it to another outlook express pc, the same things happened
