I have in the past used third party software (Redemption) in MS Access applications that I have developed to send emails from the Access application to Outlook. This was necessary to get around Microsoft's security patch which generated warning prompts when sending the email to Outlook. I have recently seen an example where the developer has just used Microsoft code to do this and I would like to know other programmer's opinions as to whether there are still advantages in using Redemption for this or whether it can now be done satisfactorily using "native" Microsoft code ?
Thanks
