Sending email from DTS Package - Help!

I need to be able to query the database and if there are orders that need to be approved I have to check to see who is responsible for approving these and then send an email to the person responsible. they want this job to run once a day. The easy part is that if I could send it to just one person I would be ok, but I won't know who to send it to until after querying the database. Any suggestions?

Create a DTS package with logic that starts an email task per person needing to be notified.
