Sending documents ? 2

I would like to send MS Project and Visio file to others in the company only one problem they don't have Project or Visio is there a viewer that I can send with this document or a way to send it, so that, they can view these files?

I know there is one for Visio. Go to microsoft.com/download and enter "viewer" in the search field.

You can also PDF the documents.

How do you save a MS Project file as a PDF?

Find a free PDF printer. This will install a virtual printer that outputs PDF files.

Also I think Microsoft has one for Office 2007 IIRC.
