Sending data from Access to Excel 1

Hello all,
I am trying to send data that has been entered from a form in Access to an Excel spreadsheet but I do not know how to achieve this. Any help would be appreciated.

the simplest way is to place a button on the form with the code below on

DoCmd.RunCommand acCmdOutputToExcel

this will send all the form's records to excel
