An outside sender can not forward email messages to anyone on my exchange server. She can send email to addresses on our exchange server, just not email that is forwarded.
Her error messages vary but what is common is a DNS error. I'm a bit put off by the fact she can send non-forwarded email w/o a problem.
We don't block forwarded email we're only having a problem with this particular sender (that I'm aware of).
I'm going thru the Exchange logs and have searched for the failed email.
