I had a voicemail failure last week with a Norstar. As a work around I have set call fwd na to dial and external number. At the same time I set the call fwd busy to dial the same number. What I am hearing is that the system is not dialing when the user has the station off hook. Is their something else I need to program for call to a remote voicemail system?

Sending calls issues

How does the number dial out ,does it use a line or the I/C key with a 9.If so if they are on a call on the I/C key and another call comes in on the other I/C key and if there are only 2 I/C keys the phone can't dial out.You would need another I/C key.
