Sending Caller ID

Hello - Currently we only send the main office number out as our caller ID. I would like to send everyone's individual number out. I know where to change this on the individual phone, but haven’t figured out how to make the change to everyone’s phone all at once. I was just going to use 777-555-789-6XXX to cover all my DID’s. You can use BAT to bulk update the lines. From the Bulk Administration menu, select Phones, then Add/Update Lines, then Update Lines. Use the query method that will work best for you to match all the phone extensions you need to update and then click Next. You can now scroll down to the External Phone Number Mask field, check the box and enter the mask you want to update all the phones too. Finally, at the bottom, select the Run Immediately option and click Submit.

Make sure to do this after hours as it will cause the phones to re-register and be unavailable for a few seconds.

Thanks. It looks like there is about 3 different places to do this with one over riding the other. I'll try the way you suggested.
