I have TSW connected to Alcatel..ISO and GFP are enabled.
the only problem I face is when Alcatel extension calls a busy extension in TSW they can't hear the busy tone, they hear silence.!!when we call a busy extension in Alcatel we can hear the busy extension.
Who is responsible about sending the busy tone??how to control it?? (SIG D1???????)

Also in SEL D3 0-trunk line, 1 is tie line?? any relation to this??
below are the parameters:
the parameter for the route between MX-ONE to alcatel is

hi trond456,
did you check the TMU boards?
you can check it by commands
FTMDI:LIM=...;
FTTDI:LIM=...;

For sure I Checked all TMUs... it is ok
Any comment

Normally you don't have a connection through the network just to give a busy tone, my opinion about it is that Alcatel should sent this busy tone.

hi trond456,

How you connected them together? By (Q-sig)……?
Do you have any internally problem in the TSW?
Does the problem occur when you make a call to digital or analogue extension?

regards,
