Sending attachments with Jmail

Hi,

I'm trying to sort out a contact page that allows people to send small attachments with their messages. I've tried putting a file box in their so they can browse for the file on their machine then when they send the message it is sent as an attachment with it. I'm using JMail, and have tried loads of different ways but I either get no message or an error.

Does anyone know the correct way of doing it, or is it actually possible?
