Sending and Receiving email for multiple domains on one GW system 1

I have a Groupwise 5.2 system. I have added a second domain name into the Foreign name field of the Gwia detail screen in NW Admin. This allows me to receive email for both domains but sending email attaches the first domain to the username (user@domain1.com). What do I have to do so the second domain gets attached to a users name when they send email (user@domain2.com)?

You need to turn on Internet addressing.

Nwadmin
Tools/Groupwise System Operations/Internet Addressing.

Fill in the syntax you want for the names and the domains you have on the foreign ID. Select one as preferred.

You can then select a domain or postoffice or user to have either domain name for internet use. You can also limit if a user can receive on any domain name or just a single one. Lee Smith
