Sending an MMS picture message to web gallery

Can anyone advise as to what technologies need to be used to create a web gallery where images can be sent from a mobile via MMS to a web server where they then get displayed in a web gallery. Similar to that done on the bloggers.com website.

I wish to create a unique gallery for each registered web user on my website displaying there photos/videos which they can send directly to the gallery to be displayed.

Hi I found some guy who had achieved this and kindly left his source code on the internet. he used php to achieve this.
