I have my recorded macros saved in my personal workbook so that they will work with any open file. How can I send this macro to someone else that needs to use it?

Thanks!

Hi,

You can copy 'n' paste the code into an email. The user can then copy 'n' paste the code into his/her module.

Or...

You can EXPORT the module containing the macro(s). I'd NAME the Module something other than the default name because the user on the other end won't be able to IMPORT a module with the same name (for instance, rename Module1 to skygirl01). The eMail the .bas export file as an attachment. The user can then IMPORT the .bas file into their project.
