Sending an email with subject already filled in!

What I am trying to do is send an email to a person with the subject(title) already filled in on it so I can creat a rule in outlook to all emails to a certin location. The code I have so far is to allows the user to email me and type in his own subject. Is there anything I can do about this?

P.S. I am coding in html.

Here is my code so far in the contacting part.

P.S. You can also use "cc", "bcc", and "body" to pre-fill those fields, too.

Yes, but there is nothing you can do (in simple html) for those users who do not use a mail client recognized by the browser (i.e. those millions of us [including me] who use web mail).

Simply add a subject to your string:

<A href="mailto:(Persons Email)[b]?subject=Web Inquiry[/b]"><strong>(Persons Name)</strong></A>
