Sending all bounced emails to a php script to be processed

I created a user called bounce@domin.com and all emails sent out have a return path to that email account.
I added a forwarding link in the bounce .qmail file that looks like this.
|/var/

http://www/vhosts/easycontactpro.com/httpdocs/qbounce.php

Is this the way to do this?
also how can i stop the messages that go into /var/qmail/queue/remote directory every time I get a bounce.
I would like it not to store any messages in these files about bounces
